Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents Conduct legal research on regulatory requirements, corporate governance, and industry-related laws Liaise with external legal advisors and government authorities when needed Provide legal support for internal departments on various business needs Support in developing and implementing legal policies and procedures Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) 1 year of experience in a legal or corporate setting, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a law firm Good understanding of corporate law, and regulatory compliance Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Join us as we make magic happen to increase Indonesia’s financial inclusion!

Responsibilities

The role involves drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents, alongside conducting legal research on regulatory requirements and corporate governance. This position also requires liaising with external legal advisors and providing legal support to internal departments.
