Handle and monitor legal disputes, including litigation and non-litigation matters, and liaise with external counsel. 3. Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements (including BPOM, OSS, and other relevant authorities). 4. Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders across departments. 5. Maintain proper documentation and legal records. 6. Prepare and draft shareholders' and directors' resolutions, as well as other corporate documents. Requirements: 1.Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent). 2. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaboration, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detail). We are looking for more people to join us, who are excited to disrupt the traditional beauty industry with product innovation and non-linear growth, who want to build a profitable start-up into a unicorn company, and who will always learn and do the right thing.
