This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global, technology-driven company. Key Responsibilities: Provide ongoing assistance to our legal counsels in all phases of their work. Assist in legal research on a variety of topics including corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters Provide support on day-to-day matters, including reviewing, drafting, and summarizing commercial agreements, letters and other documents. Assist in corporate matters and public filings. Help track and manage legal documents, templates, and databases Support compliance processes and internal legal workflows Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, HR, R&D) on legal-related matters Requirements A second or third year LL.B student from leading universities and colleges Availability for part-time work (at least 2-3 full days per week) Organized, thorough, meticulous and detail-oriented Has excellent research and writing skills and excellent English A team player with excellent interpersonal skills Position email null
