WHAT YOU WILL NEED



    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable University

    • Having a minimum of 2 – 3 years of working experience as an in-house legal or associate at a law firm
    • Having good personality, critical thinking skills, effective problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in business-level English, both written and spoken
    • Eager to learn and have strong knowledge of corporate law and commercial agreements
    • Capable of working as a team player
    • Able to work under pressure and a tight deadline
    • Eager to learn about the company’s products and business conduct
    • Able to adapt to different situations and scope of works (agile)
    Responsibilities

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a legal supervisor, you will generally need to be able to provide legal analysis and advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents as well as understand the products and negotiate with counterparts and specifically required to have basic understanding and exposure with the main focus on intellectual property as well as dispute resolution and commercial matters. You will work with many stakeholders and other legal team members from different Opcos and different teams beyond the legal team members. The cherry on top: you’ll get to be a part of a team that works to drive company’s decision making, ensuring each business action is in line with the legal perspective.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO



      • In coordination with your manager, advisory, assessment, analysis and administrative works on topics specifically related with commercial and contractual matters

      • Drafting, reviewing, and/or revising legal documents (agreements, amendments/addendums, etc.)
      • Assisting the business units on any legal operations and contract matters, including but not limited to assisting contract negotiations with the counterparts
      • Handling day-to-day legal operations
      • Understand and grasp the products
      • Support managers in doing legal process improvement with internal stakeholders
      • Manage a broad range of general corporate legal matters, including filling and administering legal documents
      • Present the necessary paperwork to the stakeholders in a clear and organized way
