Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, service focussed individual to fulfil a crucial role within our Restructuring and Insolvency Team.
Based in our Birmingham office, you will be responsible for the day to day management of business support to fee earners in the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A LEGAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT INCLUDE:

  • Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms.
  • Being a first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the teams needs where possible.
  • Supporting the file opening process for the team.
  • Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
  • Filtering client queries, at times being the first point of contact for clients.
  • Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners.
