The Legal Support Assistant (LSA) Program is a dynamic, entry-level opportunity designed for recent and upcoming college graduates looking to launch their careers in a professional services environment. Over the course of this two-year rotational program, each class of LSAs will gain hands-on experience through approximately three eight-month rotations across a variety of legal departments and business services teams. This immersive program offers a unique introduction to the business of law at an international law firm. Participants will build foundational professional skills, develop meaningful relationships across the firm, and gain exposure to multiple practice areas and operational functions. From collaborating with attorneys and business professionals to supporting high-impact client work, LSAs play an important role in the day-to-day success of the firm. Qualified candidates should be organized, proactive, and exercise sound judgment when handling matters. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
