Description:
We are looking for a Support Assistant to join our team in Nottingham, who will provide support to our team of lawyers.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and highly motivated individual who thrives on providing an excellent service. The role will involve providing full administrative support in a variety of tasks. In return, you will have the opportunity to work alongside lawyers and other support colleagues on a diverse portfolio and highly prestigious cases, making a vital contribution to the clients we represent.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Self-sufficient and thrive in a busy working environment
- The ability to work proactively and accurately to meet deadlines
- Technical and administrative experience gained within a legal environment,
- Ability to produce letters, as well as completion of legal forms and documents for clients, the court and third parties. (This role will involve extracting information required from the case files, so attention to detail is paramount).
- Excellent communication and client care skills with an ability to empathise with vulnerable clients is essential.
- Fully competent skills in Microsoft Office is required however full training will be provided on the firm’s own internal systems and processes.
- Experience gained within a legal environment will be a distinct advantage.
