We at Taylor Rose, are looking for a new Legal Support Portal Executive to join the LSO team in our New Addington Office.

The Legal Support Portal Executive is responsible for the processing of LSO tickets and portal tasks to include proof of address, payment on account, verification of ID, signed T&C’s, to ensure sufficient client due diligence. This role plays a significant part in risk management within the firm. It includes liaising with clients and fee earners to successfully onboard clients. There is also a requirement to provide support to the secretarial arm of the LSO and providing cover when required.
The LSO Team work Monday to Friday on a shift pattern, rotating between 8am – 4pm or 10am - 6pm, offering 26 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Company Events and a commitment to Training and Development opportunities.
