- Must be resilient, diplomatic and able to deal with challenging stakeholders.Prior experience in using software such as Miro, Canva or Mural.

Responsibilities:
The legal technologist will focus on the impact of the ever changing external innovation landscape on our delivery of innovative products and services to clients. They will deliver internal training and assist with client pitches, external publications and other client facing materials and events.
Duties and responsibilities – with appropriate guidance and training

- Work collaboratively with the Product and Innovation Department to conduct research and keep yourself and the department up to date with the ever changing innovation landscape from a client and external market perspective, distilling data and information from multiple sources into actionable insights, helping to anticipate client driven solutions.

- Create and maintain as appropriate relevant innovation practice notes, knowhow documents and briefing strategies to keep internal stakeholders informed about innovation trends, updates and best practices including the impact of technology on the future workplace

- Develop a deep understanding of our clients, competitors and market to help anticipate client driven solutions.

- Represent the firm in external forums, conferences, and industry events to showcase products, thought leadership and best practices.

- To assist the Product and Innovation department to proactively identify and promote opportunities to use technology to solve problems with internal and external stakeholders.

- Contribute to pitch proposals and presentations and deliver client innovation or other external sessions and articles or other publications.

- Deliver training internally around the business including WIFI (our innovation academy aimed at apprentices, trainees and junior colleagues), owning the content and ensuring it remains up to date and relevant.
