ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Legal Trainee close to the end of their studies to join our Legal Operations Team at Enfuce headquarters in Espoo.
While your focus will be on data protection / privacy, your tasks will include other legal matters as well, especially in areas of contract management and vendor agreements. As the team’s scope is wide, your tasks will also depend on your interests, knowledge and previous experience.
Location: Espoo, Finland.
Fixed term Contract: 6 months

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Be a key player in developing our data protection programme to the next level, including:
• Engaging with stakeholders throughout the company to create and update data flow maps;
• Completing data protection related assessments;
• Drafting data protection compliance documentation;
• Reviewing agreement documents;
• Participate in delivering training on data protection.
• Assist the team in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating NDAs and vendor contracts.
• Support procurement processes.
• Support the contract lifecycle and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient contract management.
