JOB DESCRIPTION

Envirocure Limited is a family-owned business with offices in Scotland and England. Due to expansion, we require an addition qualified legionella risk assessor/Legionella control engineer to join our team.

Essential requirements:

  • City and Guilds or Water Management Society qualification in legionella control & Risk Assessment of domestic water systems
  • Experience of working in the field completing legionella control tasks would be preferable.
  • Strong IT skills and experience of using Word, Excel and Visio
  • Prepared to be hands on when required
  • A polite individual able to communicate clearly with clients and the office-based team
  • Smart appearance with a friendly manner
  • The ability to work without direct supervision
  • Full UK driving licenc
Responsibilities

Working 40 hours, Monday - Friday, you’ll visit a range of clients’ sites, mainly in the central belt of Scotland. Working as part of the team based in Bellshill Lanarkshire, you’ll ensure our clients receive the best service, support, advice, and guidance.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress within our company. We offer a range of additional training as part of a development programme.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing Legionella control tasks based on HSG 275 part 2 including thermal monitoring, TMV servicing and shower maintenance
  • Conducting risk assessment visits, recording all relevant data and required information to enable a detailed and accurate risk assessment to be produced.
  • Compiling reports, documents, and schematic drawings for clients.
  • Minimising disruption and inconvenience to the residents/building users visited by completing tasks in the most efficient manner and communicating effectively with the site representative.
  • Communicating progress to office-based colleagues.
  • Providing technical support to colleagues where required.
