JOB DESCRIPTION BRIEF

As a Leisure Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable, fun, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will range from ensuring safety on our inflatables to hosting unforgettable birthday parties, supporting with operational tasks, and the delivery of excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• First Aid Level 1 and Safeguarding Level 1 qualifications are a bonus.
• Enthusiasm, a positive can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn are a must!
