We are currently seeking a currently seeking an adaptable and resourceful Leisure Assistant with fantastic interpersonal skills to join our Health Club team.
The on target earning potential for this role is £14.77 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £12.27, plus a qualified estimate of £2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

• Maintaining and replenishing our changing areas and gym facilities, playing a key part in ensuring we always achieve the highest possible standards
• You’ll take pride in keeping our public areas, front and back of house, to the highest level of cleanliness
• Assisting our Lifeguards in maintaining and running the pool hall areas
• Attaining a safe working knowledge of all cleaning products and machinery, knowing exactly which to utilise for specific tasks and areas of our operation
• You’ll attend monthly departmental meetings, proactively contributing your ideas for continued improvement
• Carrying out safety checks and reporting any maintenance required swiftly and efficiently
• Building great connections with our members and guests, and strong working relationships with your colleagues across the estate
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
