We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Leisure Assistants to join the team at Oundle School Sports Centre. In this role, you will ensure that all visitors have a friendly and positive experience by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe environment.
As a Leisure Assistant, your key responsibilities will include lifeguarding to ensure the safety of all pool users, setting up and maintaining sports equipment, and ensuring all facilities are clean and ready for use. You will also interact with guests, providing outstanding customer service, and preparing activities to create memorable experiences for our members.
Safety is our top priority, so this role requires exceptional attention to detail in addition to strong customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team are crucial.

While a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential for this position, we provide continuous training and support to help you excel in your role. Additionally, we offer a friendly and supportive work environment, along with opportunities for career development.

• Hours: Average of 40 hours per week, with a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends, 52 weeks a year.
• Salary: £25,396 per annum
