JOB SUMMARY

This appointment will complete recruitment of a senior leadership team to manage and lead Active Lifestyles Stroud District to new hights in the UK leisure sector.
The role will lead on the development, implementation and results realisation of a strategic plan for customer experience, customer engagement, sales and marketing.
The clear direction of travel for the service is upward in terms customer numbers, membership numbers and income and this role will be a fundamental part of this movement.
The role holder will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships both within the district but also in the wider UK leisure sector as we deliver on our promise of investment in physical wellbeing and activity.
We welcome applications from experienced leisure professionals from across the UK but please do bear in mind that the role will be largely stroud based.
Applicants will be subject to an enhanced vetting and barring clearance
You are entitled the equivalent of 5.6 weeks leave per annum (pro-rata) as required by the Working Time (Amendment) Regulations (2006).
