Responsibilities

THE ROLE ENTAILS THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:

  • To ensure the Leisure Centre operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our guests and members with an excellent service.
  • To ensure the safety and security of leisure centre guests at all times.
  • To ensure the swimming pool and leisure area is cleaned and maintained to the required standards and Health and Safety regulatory standards.
  • To assist persons attending the club, ensuring all are comfortable with the exercise equipment.
  • To ensure the reception and leisure area is thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed and dusted daily to hygiene standards.
  • To comply with all fire, safety and hygiene regulations.
  • To record any maintenance within the leisure areas.
  • To demonstrate consistently excellent guest care at all times.
  • To handle customer queries, requests and complaints according to the hotel’s procedures.
