The Great National Ballykisteen Golf Hotel is seeking a friendly and professional Leisure Centre Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis up to 30 hours a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our leisure centre, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends and holidays.

• Greet guests and provide information about the leisure centre and its facilities.
• Ensure the Leisure Centre, including the gym, pool, and changing facilities, is clean, hygienic, and presentable at all times-maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards is a vital part of this role.
• Monitor the pool and other facilities to ensure guest safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning equipment and changing pool filters.
• Provide assistance and instruction to guests using the equipment and facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of pool usage, equipment maintenance, and other relevant data.
• Enforce leisure centre policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the leisure centre and hotel.
