We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Leisure Centre Manager to join our award-winning team and oversee the daily operations of our residents-only Leisure Centre. This is a hands-on role in a small-scale facility, ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit team environment and enjoys making a direct impact on the guest experience.
As Leisure Centre Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Leisure Centre and pool, ensuring an inviting, safe, and well-run facility for hotel guests. You’ll work with a small, dedicated team to deliver a welcoming experience and support a variety of wellness-focused activities, primarily for hotel residents and staff.

• Overseeing the small Leisure Centre and pool, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Managing budgets, staff rosters, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Delivering a warm, friendly experience to residents, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Coordinating seasonal wellness initiatives and Kids Camp activity club.
• Organising occasional fitness classes and wellness events in collaboration with the Health and Wellness team.
• Recruiting, training, and supporting a small team, while promoting a positive work culture.
