The Leisure Centre Receptionist is a critical member of our team and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Greeting guests and handling all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Assisting guests with membership and class registration
• Handling cash and card payments
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
