SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: To promote, develop and run the Leisure Centre on a day-to-day basis by managing staff and operating facilities. To be responsible for the health and safety of colleagues, customers and members, and to motivate the team to ensure the highest possible standards of service are achieved.
