We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Leisure Club Assistant Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional service standards of our leisure facilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or leisure industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • A strength and conditioning or fitness related qualification is desirable.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to leisure facilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the leisure club, including the gym, pool and other recreational amenities.
  • Oversee the team of leisure club team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure outstanding guest service.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing guest satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all leisure facilities, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
  • Assist in organising and promoting leisure club events, classes, and activities to enrich the guest experience and maximise utilisation of facilities.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through effective promotion of membership packages.
