The 4-star Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club is seeking a customer-focused Leisure Club Receptionist to join our fantastic team. Conveniently located just a short stroll from Maynooth town centre and only a 25-minute drive from Dublin City Centre, the Glenroyal Hotel is easily accessible via national rail and bus services.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

As a Leisure Club Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. You will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the leisure club reception, and delivering excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Meeting & greeting customers in a professional & friendly manner
• Register new members and handle membership queries
• Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Checking in & out members and guests
• Responding to all customer queries & requests
• Handle and resolve customer complaints where appropriate
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth operation
