Leisure and Lifestyle workers are such an integral part of our team and we a looking for a new team member who loves making a positive difference in people’s lives. You will have the experience in the expected areas such as planning activities, social engagement and helping to promote a happy, healthy lifestyle. But more importantly you will hold our resident’s quality of life in the highest regard.
As well as having a passion for all things Leisure and Lifestyle, you will ideally have previous experience working in a similar role. Having previously delivered person centred care to all residents, including those with dementia and challenging behaviours, you know how to tailor your activities to be highly inclusive and engaging to all.
