ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a leisure or spa management role
• Strong team leadership and customer service background
• Knowledge of fitness programming, health & safety legislation, and spa systems
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Commercial acumen with experience in managing budgets and driving revenue
• A positive, proactive, and hands-on approach
