At Elfordleigh, nestled amidst 120 acres of stunning parkland and woodland, we’re seeking a receptionist who exudes warmth, positivity, and a genuine passion for creating a relaxing experience.

About the Role: As our Spa and Leisure Receptionist, you’ll play a pivotal role in the team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests and members on arrival
  • Managing spa and leisure facility bookings with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Providing information about our leisure facilities and spa days/treatments
  • Handling enquiries both in person and over the phone, to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, including payment processing and activity coordination, to support the smooth operation of our spa and leisure facilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A friendly, welcoming and helpful attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Proficient computer literacy
  • Strong organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a spa, leisure or hotel environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
