We are looking for dynamic and motivated Leisure Supervisors to join our team at the Blaenavon Active Living Centre, part of the Blaenavon Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing a vibrant community facility and supporting a wide range of leisure, sporting, and social activities.

What you will be doing:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Active Living Centre
  • Ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment
  • Supervising and supporting staff, including rota planning and training
  • Managing the Fitness Suite and supporting structured exercise programmes
  • Liaising closely with school staff and community users
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer care
  • Supporting events, room setups, and special bookings
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements
