Travel and Tourism Certificate GDS experience - Amadeus preferred Excellent numeracy and literacy skills Able to work flexi hours (shift work) Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Good geographical knowledge Thorough working knowledge of Reservations process from input to output Experience with reading and interpreting contracts Ability to meet targets and attention to detail critical Effective Communication Skills (effective written and verbal communication) You will be working within a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated individuals putting the satisfaction and safety of our customers at the heart of all we do There will be plenty of leads so no need for cold-calling Unlimited learning and growth potential Basic salary plus lucrative sales commission Travel opportunities upon reaching and exceeding your targets
