Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verantwortlich für den Betrieb und Unterhalt, Optimierung, Dokumentation und Qualifizierung von Produktionsanlagen und Reinraumeinrichtungen. Planung und Durchführung von Qualifizierungen und Requalifizierungen von Anlagen und Einrichtungen
• Sicherstellung des Betriebs für aseptische Produktionsanlagen wie Isolatoren, Abfüllanlagen, Autoklaven, Gefriertrockner sowie der Reinraumbedingungen
• Aufrechterhaltung der Reinraumintegrität durch regelmässige Requalifizierungen. Identifizierung und Behebung von Anlagenstörungen, Prozess- und technischen Abweichungen sowie Abweichungen im Reinraummonitoring.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Normen. Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen (RCA) und Umsetzung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen (CAPA) zur Verbesserung der Anlagenzuverlässigkeit und -effizienz.
• Überwachung interner und externer Dienstleister. Pflege und Nutzung von Daten aus elektronischen Systemen, z. B. SAP, COMOS, DeltaV, Kneat
• Utilities & Support Systeme: Verantwortung für HLK- , Reinstwasser und Gassysteme Systeme und zur Erfüllung und Einhaltung der GMP- und Sicherheitsanforderungen.
• Auditunterstützung: Teilnahme an internen und externen Audits

Anforderungsprofil:

• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss im Ingenieurwesen (z. B. Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Pharmazeutik) oder gleichwertige Erfahrung
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie im GMP-Umfeld ist ein Muss
• Erfahrung in der aseptischen Abfüllung ist von Vorteil
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich
• Hervorragende Problemlösungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Team.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance, optimization, documentation, and qualification of production facilities and cleanroom facilities. Planning and implementation of qualification and requalification of facilities and equipment.
• Ensuring the operation of aseptic production facilities such as isolators, filling systems, autoclaves, freeze dryers, and cleanroom conditions.
• Maintaining cleanroom integrity through regular re-qualifications. Identifying and resolving system malfunctions, process and technical deviations, and deviations in cleanroom monitoring.
• Ensuring compliance with all standards. Conducting root cause analyses (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve plant reliability and efficiency
• Monitoring internal and external service providers. Maintaining and utilizing data from electronic systems, e.g. SAP, COMOS, DeltaV, Kneat
• Utilities & Support Systems: Responsibility for HVAC, ultrapure water, and gas systems, ensuring compliance with GMP and safety requirements.
• Audit Support: Participation in internal and external audits

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Process, Automation, Electrical, Industrial, or Pharmaceutical Engineering) or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in a GMP environment is a must
• Aseptic filling experience is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in both German and English is essential
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.
