• Disciplinary, technical and methodological management of the SCM organization (production control / production planning / scheduling / logistics) at the Medical Imaging System plant
• Creation of forecasts, demand and delivery plans involving sales and purchasing.
• Planning and management of the required capacities, taking economic aspects into account.
• Monitoring of projects and orders, as well as the development of action options and escalation in case of deviations.
• Ensuring the timely and cost-effective availability of all components (internal and external)
• Creation, implementation and improvement of concepts for the further development of the supply chain
• Responsibility for the continuous review of supply chain processes based on KPIs and external benchmarks
• Leading the optimization process in conjunction with Global Operations, Business System and all process interfaces

Your profile

• Successfully completed technical or commercial studies, preferably in the fields of logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering or a comparable discipline
• Professional experience as a production planner, manufacturing controller, supply chain manager, dispatcher or team leader in a high-tech, production or manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of production planning and control, SCM, inventory management and the implementation of optimization projects.
• Confident handling of Lean methods such as SIOP, Kanban, Andon, JIS/JIT, Heijunka, Makigami, VSM, PDCA and 5S
• Strong leadership skills, a hands-on mentality, a confident demeanor, and the ability to actively shape change processes.
• Experience in change management and team development
• Excellent knowledge of SAP, MS Office, BI/SAC and MES systems
• Fluent German and English skills
