Oversees a team of technicians involved in the physical testing phase of product development.Creates and monitors development plans; communicates work activities, priorities, and status with management.Collaborates with various other functions on test scheduling and execution.Oversees execution of test schedule. Coordinates materials and component integration.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervises test outcomes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to organization standards and policies, and to legal regulations; alerting others regarding potential concerns.
• Contributes to engineering and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
• Identifies and troubleshoots issues during test set-up or execution; involves other resources as appropriate.
• Reviews and signs off on test set-ups.
• All other duties as assigned.
