We are immediately seeking a committed, flexible and customer-oriented individual with initiative.

Your tasks:

• Strategy: The development and implementation of the entire marketing strategy of the GVS Group falls within your area of ​​responsibility.
• Campaign strategies: They take over the planning, management and optimization of our marketing campaigns.
• Corporate Identity: You are responsible for the brand image, positioning and content strategy of the GVS Group.
• Management: Leading and developing the marketing team is a key aspect of this role.
• Further development: They help our websites and video platforms to grow further.
• Communication: You work closely with management, sales, and external partners.

Your profile:

• Education: You have a solid background in marketing. Ideally, you have completed a degree in marketing, communication, media, or business administration.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in a senior marketing position is an advantage.
• Skills: You bring experience in performance marketing, branding, and digital strategy.
• AI tools: Ideally, you have experience using AI tools or have already gained initial experience with them.
• Independence: You have a strong hands-on mentality and independently identify potential for improvement.
• Languages: Very good German and English skills are a requirement.
