We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lending Associate to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our lending operations by processing loan applications, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them throughout the lending process. Location: London Role Type: Contract (potential perm) Key Responsibilities: Process and review loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness Conduct thorough credit assessments and evaluating borrower eligibility Assist clients with the documentation required for loan applications Manage partner relationships in this specific business. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan approval process Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries Monitor loan performance and assist in collections Prepare reports and analytics on lending activities for management review Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field 1-3 years of experience in lending, finance, or customer service preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with lending software preferred A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
