• JOB TITLE: Lending Associate

What you’ll be doing

• Support our business customers with unsecured lending applications up to £50,000 and new deposit accounts
• Deliver an outstanding experience, responding to customer’s needs, having quality conversations
• Demonstrate empathy and expertise to explore their situation and identify the most appropriate solutions for them or additional ways we can help.
• Remain observant to customer needs and confidently use expertise to identify customers in vulnerable circumstances or those with financial difficulties, proactively offering the most appropriate support.
• Use your skills and demonstrate flexibility to respond and adapt to meet the changing needs of our customers and the Business.
• Demonstrate your expert knowledge, lending accreditations and understanding of our products/services, discussing them regularly and confidently with our customers and therefore delivering fair outcomes
