Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance or a related discipline.
  • Experience with Active Ops / Workware planning and methodologies preferred.

We would also love you to have:

  • Demonstrated leadership expertise in agribusiness.
  • A deep understanding of end-to-end lending and credit processes.
  • Fine-tuned skills in coaching and leading high performing teams.
  • Ability to drive ‘one-way same way’ approach through continuous improvement.
  • A strong customer focus underpinned by a growth mindset.
  • Ability to communicate with peers and stakeholders of all levels.

In this dynamic and high-impact role, you’ll make your mark by:

  • Provide effective leadership across the Agribusiness Banking division.
  • Coach Bankers, Relationship Associates, and the Lending Assessment team to enhance lending capabilities.
  • Utilise extensive Agribusiness Credit and Lending experience to optimise the performance of the Business & Agri Sales Support team.
  • Contribute to the Lending Assessment team’s mission of providing excellent customer service through efficient lending assessment and strong credit analysis skills.
  • Maximise efficiency and enhance service delivery through effective application of Active Ops planning tool Workware+
