FourQuarters has been exclusively retained to appoint a Lending Manager (Distribution) on behalf of a leading Australian non-bank lender and alternative asset manager. With approximately $30 billion in AUM across private credit, fixed income, and capital markets, this is a business with an outstanding market reputation and a clear growth agenda across its real estate lending division.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving profitable lending growth through client acquisition, business development, deal structuring, and relationship management. You will build and maintain strategic alliances with referral partners, manage a portfolio of clients end-to-end, and work closely with internal teams across Credit, Client Services, Treasury, and Marketing to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and margin performance targets across application volume, client quality, and client satisfaction
• Identify, develop, and maintain strategic alliances with referral partners and industry contacts
• Build visibility in the local market through community engagement and business development events
• Understand customer goals and objectives and provide expert product, policy, and process guidance
• Respond to and resolve client queries in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain full compliance with regulatory and business requirements including NCCP and responsible lending obligations
• Engage constructively across internal and external stakeholders including Credit, Client Services, Metrics Real Estate Partners, and industry partners
• Ensure submission quality and file integrity in line with credit policy and audit standards
