With approximately $30 billion in AUM across private credit, fixed income, and capital markets, this is a business with an outstanding market reputation and a clear growth agenda across its real estate lending division.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving profitable lending growth through client acquisition, business development, deal structuring, and relationship management. You will build and maintain strategic alliances with referral partners, manage a portfolio of clients end-to-end, and work closely with internal teams across Credit, Client Services, Treasury, and Marketing to deliver exceptional outcomes.
