Role Overview

The Lending Manager - Franchise Pathway Program (FPP) is designed to support, coach and empower individuals into Owning their own Rate Money Franchise.

A 2-year Pathway, begin your Rate Money journey as an Internal Lending Manager honing your skills across lending, sales mastery and business vision. Backed by the team of experts at Rate Money, you will work within your dedicated territory building referral partners, brand/reputational awareness and become a community champion supporting Every Day Self Employed Aussie’s on their home loan journey. During this time, you will also benefit from being a fixed term employee of Rate Money, allowing you to build up your financials.
