Description We are seeking a Lending Manager who is looking to start a career in a friendly environment. We're looking for a kind, detail orientated, and driven person to assist our members with their financial needs, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the loan department. Primary Job Duties are (but not limited to): Overseeing the Lending and Collection departments Maintaining full knowledge of all products and services, while continually learning and staying up with current trends in the marketplace Research, resolve and respond to member disputes. Write correspondence to loan members as needed. Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance, training and direction to staff in developing and implementing plans and objectives. Assumes accountability for monitoring and assuring the fulfillment of loan objectives, including loan originations, outstanding or delinquent accounts, charge-offs. Work with the VP of Lending and the Marketing Director for planning Loan Department promotions. Additional duties as assigned. Proven sales and consulting experience required. Must be familiar with all lending policies. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Excellent management and leadership skills. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Proficient in database and lending computer application systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS/REQUIREMENTS Standing, walking, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, finger and hand dexterity, average hearing, average visual acuity. Ability to converse. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Responsibilities
