Due to growth, this successful business is now looking for a Lending Operations Specialist to run loan files from enquiry through to settlement and post-settlement administration, working inside their HubSpot-driven workflow.

The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of loan files day-to-day, while also helping extend and refine the systems that power that process. The role is ideal for someone with experience in lending operations, credit administration, or settlements, who takes pride in process discipline and accuracy, and is naturally curious about systems and automation.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting up new enquiries and loan files in HubSpot same-day, complete and error-free
• Preparing loan approvals against credit policy for sign-off
• Coordinating settlements end-to-end — document collection, valuations, credit papers, solicitor liaison and funding drawdown
• Maintaining the post-settlement loan book — tracking insurance renewals, maturities and conditions ahead of due dates
• Managing customer and broker correspondence to a zero-inbox standard
• Maintaining borrower, security and loan data in HubSpot and SharePoint to audit-ready accuracy
• Processing and reconciling day-to-day transactions, with a clean monthly handover to the bookkeeper
• Using tools such as HubSpot, AI tooling and Power Automate to help build out an end-to-end automated loan processing system
