About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lending Operations Senior Manager. In this role, you will: Manage and develop large Loan Production, Loan Servicing, and Commercial or Real Estate Construction Loan teams responsible for loan processing, documentation, pre-closing or closing tasks, loan monitoring, loan servicing, or underwriting activities Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the Lending Operations functional area Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Lending Operations functional area Participate in the formulation and implementation of new and revised systems, policies, and guidelines Oversee implementation of practices to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo legal, investor, regulatory, or business policies Determine appropriate strategies and actions of Lending Operations team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables Interpret and develop policies and procedures for meeting compliance, risk management, and quality standards Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including experienced managers Interact with external customers throughout the conducting of loan processing and liquidations evaluation Provide quality customer service Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Lending Operations Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy Required Qualifications: 6+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of management or leadership experience Desired Qualifications: Exposure to and/or experience in Syndication/Participation, trades, and foreign loan originations Knowledge of loan documentation; construction loan budget monitoring experience; and title work experience. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to effectively resolve problems and conflicts at the immediate and root-cause levels Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to embrace and adapt to change Good business communications skills and be recognized as someone who delivers extraordinary and superior customer service Office timings - 7:30 PM to 4:40 AM since its a US live process, hence US shift timings.
