• Verify funding packages for accuracy, meticulously checking income documentation, contract details, and vehicle values.
• Reconcile loan application data with system entries, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
• Ensure all necessary documents, signatures, and approvals are complete before funding.
• Accurately input contract and VIN information into our systems.
• Collaborate with dealerships and credit unions to resolve issues and finalize funding.
• Adhere strictly to internal compliance guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Work across teams to resolve processing hurdles and ensure timely funding.
• Escalate complex discrepancies and provide valuable process feedback to leadership.
