• You will accurately book all commercial and small business loans onto our banking platform
• Service and maintain Metro Bank’s loan book throughout the duration of the loan term, such as overpayments, rate changes, fee taking, and product switches.
• You will disburse funds for residential mortgage drawdowns, mark limits for overdrafts and credit cards.
• You will reconcile residential mortgage and procuration fees and arrange payment for the bank’s supplier network.
• You will handle queries which arise as part of the process of the keying and disbursement of loans and marking limits.
• You will carry out transactional investigations on loan accounts and fee receipts.
• You will investigate and manage reconciliation queries on lending accounts and fee receipts.
• You will produce ad hoc loan account statements, settlement figures, redemption statements and certificates of interest.
• You will produce documentation to facilitate the release of the bank’s security and update the bank’s security records as appropriate.
