JOB SUMMARY:

Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to all loan types, ensuring that all duties and tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality, meeting required deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

I. High School graduate or GED required; some college preferred.
II. Intermediate computer competency and the ability to effectively use Microsoft Word and Excel.
III. Previous loan processing or prior administrative experience preferred.

QUALIFICATONS:

I. Employee must be able to work by himself/herself, requiring very little supervision and be self sufficient in assuming the duties of his/her job.
II. Employee must be detail-oriented and perform their job with high accuracy.
III. Complete assigned tasks/duties with pride and expertise.
IV. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with others inside and outside of the organization for giving and obtaining information.

Responsibilities

I. Fund dealer contracts, ensure all documents are properly signed and accounted for.
II. File claims for GAP, Credit Life, and Disability Insurance.
III. Work vendor reports to track vehicle insurance. Make outbound calls, texts and emails to members and insurance agencies.
IV. Title clerk functions; lien perfections for both Kansas and out of state titles, lien releases and name changes. Contact members to resolve title issues.
V. Prepare loan documents for monthly review by the Credit Committee.
VI. Data entry, notate vehicle registrations, enter loan pay off checks.
VII. Monthly Line of Credit evaluations for both Consumer and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
VIII. Other duties as assigned.
