Your Tasks We’re looking for a visionary Head of Global Digital Marketing to lead our global digital strategy and drive customer engagement across multiple markets. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our global digital marketing performance, developing strategies, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration between our central and local teams. You’ll have the freedom and resources to make a tangible impact while working closely with international markets, cross-functional teams, and external partners. Lead the development and execution of global and local digital strategies to achieve growth and performance targets. Analyze digital data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize results. Drive innovation across CRM, DAM, and Martech systems to enhance digital excellence. Foster cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and IT to ensure synergy and efficiency. Build business cases for new digital initiatives and support their adoption across international markets. Act as the central contact for global and local teams, promoting collaboration, best practices, and performance excellence. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field  15+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in digital marketing within a B2C retail or service company. Proven experience leading international teams in a fast-paced, complex organization. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions. Expertise in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and analytics (Tableau or similar tools). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
