We are seeking a skilled Letter Fabricator with experience in working with Acrylic, Aluminium, and Stainless Steel (SS) materials to produce high-quality 2D and 3D letters, signages, and customized fabrication projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in cutting, bending, welding, polishing, and assembling signage letters, ensuring precision and durability that meets client specifications.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a Letter Fabricator / Signage Fabricator.
• Strong knowledge of handling Acrylic, Aluminium, and Stainless Steel.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings / CAD files.
• Skilled in welding (TIG/MIG preferred), bending, and polishing.
• Experience with laser cutting, CNC, or routing machines (advantageous).
• Good understanding of finishing techniques (painting, powder coating, polishing, lamination).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Physically fit to handle fabrication work and lifting materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in signage / letter fabrication.

• Fabricate 2D/3D letters and signage from Acrylic, Aluminium, and Stainless Steel.
• Perform cutting, bending, welding, grinding, and polishing of materials as per design drawings.
• Operate and maintain workshop tools & machinery (shearing, bending machines, welding machines, laser cutting machines, etc.).
• Assemble fabricated letters with proper alignment, lighting (if LED letters), and finishing.
• Ensure accuracy of measurements and quality finishing according to project standards.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and client requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Report material shortages, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
