Responsibilities

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SELF-MANAGING ENTHUSIASTIC, ESTATE/LETTINGS AGENT & PROPERTY MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM. THE APPLICANT IS TO WORK 24 HOURS SPLIT OVER 3 WORKING DAYS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9-5 (SPECIFIC DAYS OF THE WEEK CAN BE FLEXIBLE). THE ROLE WILL PREDOMINANTLY BE DEALING WITH NEW ENQUIRES, TENANT ENQUIRIES, CARRYING OUT VIEWINGS &TENANCY RELATED PAPERWORK.

This is a work-from-home role; however, applicants must be based within the Kent area. A valid driving licence and access to a car are essential, as the role requires regular travel across Kent for property viewings and inspections.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organise and schedule appointments.
  • Write and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Handle requests and queries from tenants or outside parties such as ordering supplies or obtaining referrals etc.
  • Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Arranging for the necessary certificates to be carried out with our approved contractors.
  • sending out agreements to third parties
  • day to day phone calls and management
  • Remote working however the candidate will need to live in the Kent & Medway area.
