Castlebrae is an award-winning property company based in Bathgate, offering high quality properties for sale and to rent in and around West Lothian. To enhance our customer service, we are looking to recruit a highly efficient and enthusiastic professional to add to our super friendly team.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Maintenance Co -Ordinator ( full time) to work in a fast-paced office. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the overall purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day property administration.
You will ensure that properties are maintained effectively, build relations with tenants and landlords and portray a positive professional image of the company in your activities. Applicants should be proficient multitaskers, organized and have strong people skills.
Ideally you will have experience working within Residential Letting / Property Management and have a good over-all understanding of the maintenance side of the business.

REQUIREMENTS YOU WILL NEED: -

  • Experience of repairs and maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of Health & Safety compliance
  • Strong administration and coordination skills
  • Excellent customer service

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Preferably at least one year’s experience working within property lettings.
Responsibilities
  • Liaising and co-ordinating with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Working on telephone and email maintenance request from tenants
  • Manage multiple maintenance issues in parallel from initial notification through to resolution
  • Log repairs on Jupix database, Arranging repair & maintenance quotes
  • Preparing works orders and follow through to completion of repair
  • Co-ordinating access to properties
  • As required assisting with the monitoring all safety certification/checks are up to date, ensure that the landlord is aware when they are due and instruct as necessary. Monitor until safety certificate/report is received into the office and saved on to the system.
    · On call for out of hours emergency on a rotation basis
