My client is looking for a confident, self-motivated and highly organised individual to join their lettings and property management team in Tunbridge Wells where you work in a varied position assisting in general administration and coordination property repairs, invoicing and liaising with tenants and landlords to arrange safety certifications to ensure the property portfolio is compliant.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Dealing with general administration and handing incoming calls.
· Liasing with tenants, landlords and contractors to coordinate and works that need to be carried out.
· Diarising, planning and attending periodic inspection visits.
· Organising general property repairs and maintenance.
· Updating the keeping accurate documentation on the inhouse CRM system.
· Arranging safety certificates to ensure property compliance is met.
· Invoicing.
· Handling inventory report assessment and deposit claims.
· Diary management and assisting the team in other duties as necessary.
· Meeting new applicants, registering by phone and face to face.

TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Full UK driving licence and own transport.
· Ideally a property/lettings background would be advantageous.
· Highly organised, confident and proactive.
· Enjoys a fast paced and varied role.
· Good IT skills with the ability to pick up systems and processes quickly.
· Strong administrative and client management skills.
