SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a letting agent or a related property management role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the lettings process.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good IT skills, including familiarity with property software and have a good understanding of accounts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Full UK clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Letting Agent to join our dynamic team in Whitby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in residential lettings and client management.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties for both our let only and fully managed landlords.
  • Conducting market appraisals and providing honest, professional advice to clients.
  • Arranging and carrying out viewings, progressing lettings, inspecting properties.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords
