Michael Graham’s busy Central Milton Keynes lettings team is looking for a bright, driven individual to join us as a Lettings Administrator.
This is a full-time position ideal for someone with a strong background in residential lettings, who is organised, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and telephone skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in residential lettings
  • A basic understanding of the Housing Act and the upcoming Renters’ Rights Bill
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable lettings business with a professional and supportive team environment.
    The working hours would be a Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with occasional Saturdays.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Residential Lettings: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Propertymark ARLA qualification (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Progressing tenancy renewals and rent reviews
  • Qualifying properties, landlords and tenants in line with company policy, health & safety and compliance procedures. Ensure accurate records are kept up to date
  • Setting up and maintaining tenancy deposit registrations and Rent & Legal Protection insurance policies
  • Supporting the Office Manager with general administrative and day-to-day tasks
